- Refund — email us within 14 days, no reason needed. Policy →
- Someone submitted my site — email us from an address on that domain, or from the account that owns it, and we will remove it.
- My screenshot is wrong or broken — email the handle; we re-shoot manually.
- Take my listing down — you can do it yourself from the dashboard, or email us.
- Report a listing — use the report form; it goes straight to the moderation queue.
